SC trooper will take civil rights charge to court

A South Carolina trooper facing a federal civil rights charge after he was accused of intentionally ramming a suspect with his patrol car will fight the accusation.

While I admit the trooper used excessive force it beats a bullet anyday !
black or white no matter the color you run i think they should be able to stop you by any means neccasary
innocent people don't run !
you were man enough to do what ever you did now be man enough to take your medicine
